Using Toolkits

Learn how to use toolkits with your AI assistant.

Starting a Toolkit​

  1. Navigate to the Toolkits page
  2. Find the toolkit you want to use
  3. Click the Use button

Setup Flow​

When you use a toolkit, you'll go through a two-step setup:

Step 1: Authenticate your MCPs​

Connect the integrations that are part of this toolkit. Each integration provides specific tools and capabilities.

For each integration, you'll see:

  • Integration name and icon (e.g., GitHub, Linear)
  • Connection status - Green checkmark if connected, or "Connect" button
  • Available tools - List of tools the integration provides

Click Connect on any integration that isn't connected yet. Once all required integrations are connected, click Next: Connect.

Step 2: Connect​

Choose how you want to connect your MCP Client:

  • MCP Gateway - Standard Streamable HTTP connection
  • Dynamic MCP Gateway (beta) - Automatic tool selection

Copy the Streamable HTTP URL or use the quick setup buttons:

  • Add to Cursor - Automatically configures Cursor IDE
  • Add to VS Code - Automatically configures VS Code

You can also select your MCP client icon for specific setup instructions.
