Sharing Skills

Share your skills with other users in your organization.

Opening Share Settings

  1. Open a skill in the editor
  2. Click the Share button in the top right

People with Access

The share dialog shows everyone who has access to the skill:

  • Owner - The person who created the skill (full control)
  • Other users - People the skill has been shared with

Adding People

  1. Enter the person's email address in the "Add people" field
  2. Select the permission level:
    • Read - Can view and use the skill
    • Write - Can view, use, and edit the skill
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Save to apply changes

Removing Access

To remove someone's access, open the share dialog and remove them from the list.
